Nero 7 - "Make DVD" option missing?

I am using the full version of Nero 7 to add chapters to a dvd, but there is no option to ''Make DVD'' in Vision 4 (as per the picture)?

Is this version outdated, I tried Nero 2015 but found it too fiddly and complex in order not to burn coasters.

What happens if you click make movie? Maybe you can select output later.

No, it only ables me to edit, not add chapters.

Brainiac, that sorted it - Nero only shows this option if my external drive is already plugged in!
