Blu-ray menu and burning authoring MAC software

Hi all,
New the forum so please be nice

I am looking for a piece of software for Mac that will allow me to:

- Create blu-ray menus from scratch (so, I can select any preview windows, links etc, menu options).
- Create pop-up menus for when viewing the content, the pop up menu will appear without stopping playing.
- Option to have a music track play when the main menu is displayed.
- All of the above, plus burning to the actual blu ray itself.

I don't use it, so I can't be sure whether or not it'll fit all of the above criteria, but... have you taken a look at Toast?

Encore

Which is a pain because you have to:
1. get a license for Premiere Pro CC (if only for a month)
2. Use that license to get access to Premiere CS6
3. Load the Encore portion of Premiere CS6

Not many choices with Mac, unfortunately.
