    It has local restriction but i can solve that, problem is i cant download. Is there any solution?

    Your video is the movie "Mud" right? (a 2013 movie with Matthew McConaughey) I think you can search a download link if
    you want it. It's possible to find it somewhere else than on youtube I guess
