    capture for what usage/purpose?

what are your criteria for "best"?

most don't have more than the slimmest of options (sd/720/1080, auto/manual iso+gain, AVC bitrate tiers).

read my post in the previous thread dealing with 4k CFR 60Fps shooting options for devices.

Yes, I want an app with bitrate and compression and gain options, which can use touch-screen focusing even during the recording. IS it possible? Can you name some software?

    Thank you!

@Stears555, did you look at my previous posts? It lists apps that do most of those things.
You won't find an app that does them all for the simple reason that no past or present phone has the hardware ability to adjust focus. And that for the simple reasons that they don't have a multiple, moveable lens system and their sensor is small which renders nearly everything in focus.

Do you think that bitrate hack would work?

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JqocwWGGrNE

Description: 4k video on a cell phone can good! By default 35mbps is too low for any motion to stay sharp. Most 4k cell phone video looks worse then full HD. Now you can hack your phone to more than triple the bitrate.
