Need Sylvania SDVD 7014 Remote

have new sylvania SDVD 7014 it does not come with a remote. it came with wrong region, all instructions call for a remote to change regions, any help?

Get a replacement remote. Like here:

I was not able to find the right site for Sylvania product line help. This model does not support a remote.We have a special need child and need to keep it simple. Thank you, I will try to contact Sylvania again before sending it back.

The sales on Amazon come with a remote included.
Where did you purchase it from?
Maybe you can get a replacement from the supplier.
