I Encoded the LOTR DVD Screener using http://forum.vcdhelp.com/viewtopic.php?t=84759
and the audio is out of sync by a nano-second. Sometimes I can even tell but other times I can. The MPEG file after encoding looks like so:
Video 352x240
NTSC 29.970 FPS
Avg. Bitrate 891 kbps
# of frames 161751
Audio
44khz, Stereo, 224kbps, Layer II
# of frames 206608
Its in Sync when I play on my PC
But NOT on my Pioneer HDT510 DVD Receiver.
