Are these non-MPEG1 audio stream header seen errors or are they normal?????

No, this isn't something regular, how did you do your MPEG file source ? did you do some multiplexing with a strange audio source settings ?

Ripped DVD w/ Smart ripper then ripped audio from vob's w/ Graphedit.(http://www.doom9.org/graphedit_wav.htm)
You think this is the cause?. When I use DVD2AVI to do the audio sometimes the audio plays lightly.

You can use a program like Cool Edit or even TMPGEnc itself to boost up the Volume of the WAV file created by DVD2AVI if it's too soft.
I'm not familiar with GraphEdit so I can't tell you from experience that it's the problem, you should check the WAV file that was created (was it a WAV?) and see if it uses any codecs in it (like AC3 codec or MP3).Email me for faster replies!
