Need help extracting video from unknown file type.

I've gotten CCTV video recordings in the form of backup. (No Audio in the video)

The recorded video were split into multiple files for about 50mb each.

All in ".s" extensions.

VLC could not open but MPC-HC could. But it could not scroll.

Tried GSpot but shows nothing.

Seems like Mpeg4 (H264)?

I need to Join all the videos and convert into a proper wrapper like Mp4 or Mkv instead.
Tried to do it with Avidemux, could not open.
virtualdub could not open too.

Thought about using VLC to stream and using a recorder to record, but VLC could not open.
