    My DVD Philips DVP2851 does not read Pal discs, Zone 2, can I do sth to fix this and read all the zones? (region 0).

    there are currently no hacks listed for this dvdplayer - https://www.videohelp.com/dvdhacks?dvdplayer=+Philips+DVP2851+&hits=50&Search=Search
    and not every dvd player can be hacked.
