Hi,

Could some one explain in layman's term, the Difference and Pros & Cons between Sony DVP-SR760HP and Philips DVP 3688/94 DVD Players? I could not follow the meaning of many formats in both the players. In Sony, I find that plying songs with USB, I need to turn on my TV, otherwise, the songs can not be played/ selected.

I want watch pis in JPG, play music in mp3 formats with USB. Play songs, burned by me in CD and DVD. Also play movies burned by me in DVDs.

Please help me, which one is preferable to buy between the two above.
