How can i download cc subtitles from any video (not youtube)?
I try with idm but subtitles aren't on video....?

I doubt there is one program that supports all such subtitles. -
How do you know they aren't on there? They're supposed to be closed (aka HIDDEN) until you turn them on. You can only test for their existence using a player known to support them in that supplied/stored format.
And, they are part of the video stream, so you cannot download them separately.
