    Is it correct that there's no such thing as Blu-Ray 1080p at 60fps - that you can do 720p @ 60fps but can do 1080p 24 fps or 1080i 29.97 for 60 fields per second?

    In a word: Yes. (If you expect to maintain strict compliance with the current consumer spec).

    There is 1080p60 as an option in AVCHD v2.0, however.
