Hi, I am trying to add pan & zoom effects to some images that I'm making into a slide show/ movie and although the images are full size (and show full size on my 70" tv screen perfectly once rendered and put onto usb) and show full size on the tv, if I then try to add pan & zoom effects, once I have rendered and view on my tv, as the image pans out, the image kind of moves with it and the end result is that the full size image tends to shrink with the effect and I end up at the end of the frame seeing a big black background around my image. Obviously, I want the full size image to remain full size but just the focus to zoom into (or out of ) one particular point to slowly reveal the full image.

I have tried using the 'customise' feature of the pan & zoom to make sure the selected area of the final product is indeed the full image but still, once rendered it does the same thing.

does anyone have any ideas on where I'm going wrong?

It's time to move up to VS PRO X7. With Customizable Motion, you can do much. The new features make things much easier. Using VS 11 is like pulling a fully loaded trailer, from a trailer truck, with a Ford Fiesta. Go to the Corel forum (excellent) for more info: http://forum.corel.com/EN/viewforum.php?f=1
