Help with Popcorn Audio Converter

Wanting to convert file that has FLAC audio to ac3 as my TV does not support FLAC. Downloaded Popcorn, installed all the tools and up to date. When I run I get the following error;

Can anyone help me please?

I would try install or put the popcorn converter in a new folder like c:\popcorn (no special chars).

Because it looks like some folder issue in the command line paths.

I uninstalled it and all and yea I tried like you said and it now works. Thanks alot!
