Adding Chapters To Mp4 File

I downloaded some large mp4's from youtube,they contain numerous cartoons. Is there any software that would allow me to separate the episodes,chapter stops?

Hej Joseph! I'm working with your programm very often and it's very nice. But can you make it possible that you can work in fullscreen or with a separate video window?
I think the video window is very small and there isn't any possibility to make it bigger, yet. Thank you!
