hi there.
please excuse my question, but i didnīt found an answer yet.
i want to convert an .AVI file to .MPG for svcd(pal) by using tmpgenc.
the .AVi file is in 16:9 format i think.
when i want to convert it, the output is not what i really want.
I use under "source aspect ratio" 16:9 and full screen (keep aspect ratio).
when i watch teh output .MPG file with a player (windows media player for example), the video is shown in a "window", which means, it is surrounded by black bars. the size is very small.
is this still this size, when i burn it and watch it on a stand alone dvd?
can someone please give me the right settings, so that the movie over the whole size of the monitor?
i have also some sort of white label in the upper right corner when after converting the movie. is this normal?? do i see this still, when i watch it on TV?
it would be very nice, if someone could help me.
thanks![]()
