I have several videos for which I would like to remove maybe 10 - 15 seconds from front of video. And sometimes at the end.

I do already have Nero, and two other video editors. But I guess they all re-render the video, and that takes a good bit of time. Hoping this is not a dumb question, but if it is, just tell me --- is there a video trimmer that will quickly cut out unwanted sections, and re-save the video file, otherwise just like it was?

    Thanks !!!!

  2. This has been answered many times on these boards and should have appeared with a quick search.

VideoRedo and TMPGenc Smart Renderer are two good smart rendering (mostly non-reencoding) options. However, you have not specified your file type, so they may or may not be appropriate.

MediaInfo is a good utility to tell you what's in your file if you do not already know.

    And welcome to the forums.

Depends on the video and audio codec(type of video) and how exact you need the cuts to be.
.....and friends don't let friends use Nero. There are dozens of free, better alternatives.

Too late. My friends already let me use Nero. Sniff...

I'm evaluating SolveigMM-Video-Splitter right now. Yeah, it's $50, not free. Sniff, again...

Well, I was concerned that I may be asking a dumb question. So, at least, thank goodness that I'm not.

    I do appreciate the replies.
