    As far as I know, there is still no way to mux an SCC caption on Windows.

    I can mux TTXT subtitles with MP4Box. Is it possible to tweak the code in Notepad to give it a black outline box that will display as such on an Ipad or something?

    Oh okay, I wasn't aware of that program. Thank you.

    I was going to try Text Tracks with Quicktime but I can't get it to show in iTunes.
