download 1080/50p or 4k/50p from youtube

hi i just wanted to download a 50p videos from youtube but it seems that 50p are not reachable from a third party app/website.
here are some example

and i also want some videos in 4K 3D(dual stream,SBS or HSBS) 50p or 60p.

The latest version of MassTube 12.8.4.298 can also download videos in 720p and 1080p with 60 FPS.

I want to download a funny video from YouTube yet there's no downloading button. And it seems hard to download 4K video from YouTube because it takes much more time and energy.

There are two ways to do this task (IMHO - nice and quick):

firstly you can use your browser with dedicated plugin (i use Pale Moon (Firefox) and there very nice plugin called http://www.cys-audiovideodownloader.com/ instal it and downloading movies from YT will be possible also you will be allow to select desired video and audio (resolution, bitrate etc).

secondly you can use youtube-dl which very nice neat tool to do such things - no instal required, plenty of options but as it is command line then you may not like it (but you should try it as there is nothing wrong with command line - first a bit scary but later it is way more efficient than clicking on icons).

Yes, it can download 50p. But for some reason not always!
Sometimes (even if video on youtube is indicated as 720p50 HD) for downloading only the "High"(25p), not DASH!
Why not DASH???
