  1. Is there any way to batch mux video files using mkvtoolnix for mac? I've tried to add about 10 videos in mkvtoolnix but they came out as 1 large video instead of the 10 individual videos I wanted.

  3. Hybrid should work too:
    1. Start Hybrid
    2. Set "Config->Path->Default output path"
    3. Set "Main->Handling->Video handling" to "passthrough"
    4. Set "Main->Handling->Audio handling" to "passthrough all"
    5. Enable "Config->Automation->Passthrough streams->Subtitle"
    6. Set "Config->Container Settings->General Settings->Standard output container" to "mkv"
    7. Enable "Main->Generate"
    8. Drag&Drop your files into Hybrids input line (Hybrid will then analyse the input)
    9. Press "Main->Add to queue"to add the current settings to the queue
    10. Press "Jobs->Start" to start processing
    11. Wait until all is finished.
