Problem with Subtitle Workshop 6.0b: buttons disappearing

Hi everyone,

if you use Subtitle Workshop 6.0b, have you ever encountered this problem?
You load your subtitles file, then you open a video, you see something like this, OK for the moment:




Then, you hover the cursor over a button, in the middle of the page, the button disappears!


The more you pass the cursor over the buttons, the more they vanish!


How could you explain this? And do you know how to cure it?
I several times uninstalled and reinstalled the program, but the problem persists

The only thing that stays (when you wait a little), are the tooltips.



I forgot to tell that I have Windows 7 Professionnal.

It's just a suggestion but you could switch off aero to see if that helps. It could be a gui refresh issue.

I've seen the opposite behaviour on Windows XP (no icons until you go over them with the mouse).

thanks for the suggestion. I tried it, alas the icons appear but still have the same behaviour when I go over them.

I am going to ask directly on sourceforge.
