As you can see, nothing appears for the .temp_video file.
The .au file is actually around 45 minutes when I listen with VLC and not 1h 30 min as mediainfo says.
The temp_audio file plays for about 4 sec with VLC but I cannot hear any sound.
The temp_video file does not play with any player , including VLC ( VLC says No suitable decoder module:
VLC does not support the audio or video format "undf". Unfortunately there is no way for you to fix this.
). Does anyone know what this error means? After it gives me the above error, it starts playing but shows nothing, no audio, no video and VLC says the duration is about 5h 46 min.
I have another set of three files : ".au" , "temp_audio" and "temp_video" taht have the same mediainfo information, with the only difference that the temp_video file does not receive the "undf" error above and then starts to play without showing nothing and also no sound, for about 2 h 11min .
The person who gave me the files says they were created with GoToMeeting webinar, but I do not see any mention of that in the mediainfo information.
Could anyone help in telling me how I could merge the three files : ".au" "temp_audio" and "temp_video" into an m4 file please , if it's possible ?
Thank you!

This GotoMeeting? A wild guess would be that those are just cache files and only have part of the whole stream. Also, the program description mentions stream encryption.

Yes, that GoToMeeting .
Does anyone what the 'undf' error above mean ?
Thank you! -
VLC complains that the video format is "undefined"; that means, it is unable to recognize which video format it is at all. It does not find a valid header of any video formats known to it, so it cannot select a matching decoder.
If it is a kind of cache file, it is well possible that server and client first shared some information required to be able to decode the video, which has not been recorded, so the video stream alone may not be decodable without this additional information. Encryption may only be one factor here.
