PS3 not seeing chapters using handbrake 0.10 rc2

Hello. Has anyone with success, by using Handbrake created a file where chapters are actually working on PS3?

Before encoding using Handbrake, I can see the chapters on the Chapter tab, and the encoded file also shows the chapters in VLC.

But when I want to see the movie on my PS3 there are no chapters. Nor on my WD TV Live

So: If You have working chapters on PS3 with a handbraked file, could You please tell me what setting You are using?

What container format are you outputting as, MP4 or MKV?

If MP4, look at the file with MediaInfo, see if there are Nero Chapters in the file.

Well, I have tried both - m4v and mp4. In the mp4 file mediainfo look like this:
