Your question is somewhat meaningless because After Effects CC is subscription only. Updates, bug fixes, etc. are included and updated as needed. So the last version of After Effects CC 2013 (no such thing, actually) is After Effects CC 2014.

The last version created in 2013 was 7.2 (Google would have told you that in an instant) but there was never a version called CC 2013.

7.2 is the suite number. What are you trying to accomplish?
