    I have a 60fps clip, it says 60 frame rate in the project panel in AE. But, it displays what is at the 60th frame as the 33rd frame. Do you know what the problem might be?

    It's because it is not at the start of the timeline that is why... Sorry.

    60.0 FPS, or 59.94 ?

    What are the composition settings ?

    What kind of clip ? (mediainfo, view=>text)
