If I use the following ffmpeg command to split a DV-AVI file will the output be a lossy or lossless copy?

Lossless copy of the video. You might have to enter other commands, stream mapping to get all the audio streams depending on the type of DV

What other commands do you think I might need? Here is the mediainfo for the AVI, iow, this is 720x480i29.97 NTSC DV with PCM 48/16 stereo audio. Thanks!
