Format Factory keeping original aspect ratio?

i wanna use format factory to rotate some videos and also export them as MP4, why format factory? cause it's fast and i can make a whole list instead in avidsynth. but one problem, the videos are all rotated left (i just need to rotate right), but when i rotate them to the right the aspect ratio is different, i want the original aspect ratio though
