Hi
i have tried avidemux & TEncoder to recode some audios (and i got the same result), saved the video on usbstick and i have tried on 2 lg tv and they gives me an error "media error" but they play fine on vlc
in short i tried , i load the video in avidemux 2.6.8 64bit & TEncoder last built 64bit with the same results
video->copy
audio output ->was mp3 44k 16bit stereo , cbr 128
the new audio is mp3 44k 16bit stereo ,cbr 160 -> it was only a test
but my 2 lg tvs doesn't want to play ,may i know why?
thanks

Are you sure it's the audio?
It could be the video codec, video resolution, video container(avi,mp4,mkv), etc....
Or is the original working? Why do you need to reconvert the audio then? -

Maybe something wrong with mkv container from avidemux. You can try remux the new mkv with mkvtoolnix, add it, make a new mkv and test play it.

Install MediaInfo. Use it to open a file that won't play. Post the information here so we can see what you have and we may be able to suggest a fix for the problem. We need to see what MediaInfo says instead of having you only tell us what you think the audio is. The problem may actually be with the video.

hi
it works!!!
may i ask a question ?
to import in premiere cc ,without re-conding , is the fast way convert to avi?
which free tool could i use to convert mkv to avi ? and import to premiere
MP4Tools would awesomebecause is only duplicating the data inside the MKV wrapper to an MP4 wrapper & process is the audio
mp4 wrapper could be imported by premiere cc , couldn't it?
