best free- or something - app. 4 cropping video ( removing black borders )

i need urgently this app if it is compatible with my pc
( hp original desktop ) : pentium 4 ( LGA ) - 1 gb ram - Vga built in - m . board : hp

i used many app.s but if 1 of them succeded at cropping black borders
from left & right ,
it cant do this job from top & bottom of the video

plz , i ve no time 2 try new apps , i want free app or with aproved serial
which u try your self , or any verified copy , or .... etc.

Just about everything works for cropping. Probably your content is wider than 16:9 and you are using a 16:9 display. That's why the top and bottom have bars - they are put back on by your display . aka "letterboxing". The video actually doesn't have them when you crop

Your problem is an extreme lack of memory.
On-board VGA will consume 64-256MB, Windows on startup already took a few hundred MB... probably there are less than 512MB for the editing application.

Have you tried the following?:
Avisynth
FFmpeg
AviUtl (Minimal Pack)

If you have no time to try new app, replace your relic PC.
