    i found a very old movie i got many many years ago, in vlc player i can choose between 2 languages (audio), how can i convert to mp4 with only 1 audio played in stereo in maybe avidemux? thanks

    You haven't given any details as to the type of file it is - we don't have crystal balls here. Post more infor and preferably a mediainfo report on the original file.

    You shouldn't have to convert the video to another format just to get one audio track, if that's what you meant. You should be able to just select the audio stream you want and then set the video to copy.
