DVD Rebuilder Pro problem

Every time I use DVD Rebuilder Pro it freezes at 95% and I have no clue as to why. Suggesitions?

What do you rip with?

I have used it for several years. I then began using BD Rebuilder and when I decided I just want to shrink the DVD's it has been freezing ever since. I am at a loss. to explain it. It, like all his programs worked great.
