Downloading videos from Ooyala?

Hi - great thread.

I am trying to download a clip from BFI Player to a file that I can watch offline:

I have read:

Using Chrome [Ctrl + Shift + i] I monitored the log and captured this:

However it seems that the log might list fragments of files - aka Frag1 / Frag2 / Frag3 / Frag4 at least

And I am stuck with the actual stream downloading to a local file

Small problem though. The clip is 1m 16s long. Only the first 49s downloaded - then the download errored.

Hi, I am trying to download videos from flotrack. They redesigned their whole website and the videos that I used to obtain through the view_page_source method is no longer working.

What I am looking for is someone who know how to put the info in the included view_page_source output (the clips are located at the bottom of the script) together.

For example this link: view-source:http://www.flotrack.org/video/802970-workout-wednesday-fartlek-with-the-15-iowa-state-women corrisponds to this "snippet" dump i just made, but you can get the whole source script through the usual right-click method on that webpage.

note, I formatted it to help make it readable. Once I know the sequence to put everything together for each video, I can rewrite the code in my custom flotrack downloader app.

Hi, I am trying to download videos from flotrack. They redesigned their whole website and the videos that I used to obtain through the view_page_source method is no longer working.

What I am looking for is someone who know how to put the info in the included view_page_source output (the clips are located at the bottom of the script) together.

For example this link: view-source:http://www.flotrack.org/video/802970-workout-wednesday-fartlek-with-the-15-iowa-state-women corrisponds to this "snippet" dump i just made, but you can get the whole source script through the usual right-click method on that webpage.

note, I formatted it to help make it readable. Once I know the sequence to put everything together for each video, I can rewrite the code in my custom flotrack downloader app.

I was not able to figure out how to get the videos in post # 147, through the browser's window or youtube-dl, so I gave up and will just have to screen capture them for now on. Anyway.

I was looking into livestreamer, and am just testing one of the links posted in one of these posts. But I don't know where the video is being saved to.
