    Hello!
I have some episodes from a tv show that I'd like to remove the credits. normally I would use Avidemux to cut that last part (or any) of a video with good results but since they are quite a lot of videos that would be too much time consuming and I want to believe an automatic and free way to do this exists, does it?
    thank you!

Batch cut last 30 seconds is tricky. See https://forum.videohelp.com/threads/359907-Trim-MV4-Files-Front-and-Back-Batch (It works for mkv also). Instead of ffmpeg can you also cut with mkvextract... But I still think you need something to read the runtime first.
