Video wont open as video

I had a 1.48gb vid on my phone i shot with the cam and plugged the phone in the computer, dragged and dropped the file into my usb drive and put it in the mp3/music folder by accident and something strange happened as now the video thinks its an mp3 even tho it says it a mp4. Everytime I try to open the file it says its not an video file even tho it is. Also when i look at the file info its blank for the video duration. Please if anyone can help me it would be so appreciated

Open the video in mediainfo. What does it say under video?

Try open it in vlc media player.

it says mp3 even tho its still a 1.48 file and it wont play as a mp3 either
