Samsung bluray 3D player don't play Some AVCHD disc

I owned Panasonic bluray player that I used to play AVCHD discs on it.

I've upgraded to Samsung 5500 blue ray 3D player and AVCHD disc that used to play on Panasonic is not working on Samsung player

I encode those videos using multiAVCHD

Could you please help

Post the details from one of the avchd that doesn't work. Use mediainfo.

And maybe it's a dvd media problem. What is the error message if any?

The only BD player that samsung makes with the "5500" # is the BD-C5500 (sometimes with a suffix). The manual makes no mention of compliance with or support of AVCHD, so I can only assume that player is not meant for AVCHD discs.
(Would have been quicker if you had just given the full, correct model #s)

...The D5500 and E5500 does NOT support AVCHD. The F5500 and H5500 DOES. Which one is actually yours?

Assuming it isn't a AVCHD v2.0-type disc (which isn't well supported yet), I'd have to guess that it has something to do with how multiAVCHD encoded/authored the disc which proved non-standard.

MediaInfo might give more clues if there is something obvious in the V/A streams, but otherwise...not much to suggest. Sorry. Some players are more picky than others. That's why it can be helpful to have more than one lying around.
