    I have read the tutorials on how to burn bin/cue movies to VCD but i have one area im confused on. DO i just burn the .bin file from the .ace? or do i burn a bin from every file and the ace? if you guys could help me out on this id really appriciate it

    I think what you're looking at is a split archive- that is, a single .BIN file that is spread out over multiple .ACE files (or .RAR or .ZIP, whatever). Just extract the bin from the first archive and burn that. There is really only one BIN.
