Import mp4/H.264 videos into Premiere Pro or other video editing tools

Hi everyone,

I'm having problems importing my video files into any video editing software. The camera I'm using for video recording is http://www.ezcctvonline.com/ip-cameras/dome-ip-cameras/ds-2cd2132-i-hikvision-ezcctv- and the video format is mpeg4/h.264. I tried different codec packs such as K-lite and ffdshow, but it doesn't work. I would like to be able to use Adobe Premiere Pro. Any ideas how I can fix it.

Please post a short sample of an original clip (not a youtube upload.) That camera appears to record non-matching dual stream files which may give any non-proprietary software headaches. Premiere Pro is generally pretty resilient.
