how to upgrade videoRedo

Hello,
I have videoRedo tvSuite 4 (registered) and today I downloaded ver-5. After starting new version, dialog window pops up with 3 choices:

1 - purchase an upgrade
2 - register your upgrade
3 - try videoRedo tvSuite version 5

I click on 1st and the window disappears and nothing happens. I cannot figure out how to upgrade

VideoReDo's upgrades sometimes have problems. I didn't know that they had version 5 out. I'm not happy that this seems to be a paid upgrade. If you want to pay for an upgrade, try doing it at the website rather than clicking on the dialog window. Then use option 2 to enter your upgrade code.

The website has no information about version 5 yet. Did you find this upgrade on the internet or did you get by clicking on a dialog window within VideoReDo? If you found it from VideoReDo then I think they have released it before they are really ready. If you found it on the internet at a different website, maybe it's not a legitimate release.

I think that upgrade option does nothing because that's BETA verson I'm talking about.

I think you are right, but you should have said in your first post that this was beta.
