I'm following the instructions on this site to create a menu for my svcds. When the menu pops up, it's in the vertical scrolling state (spinning). How do I correct this?
Also, when I encode my dv footage for svcd the highest bit rate I can get is 2560 and the quality, while good, still shows some blockiness. How do I get the best possible picture.
And finally, how do I add a 2nd audio track?
please help!
