    I live in the us.....I am converting from avi divx to vcd...for TMPGEnc would I use 1:1 or 4:3 ??? I plan on playing back the video I made on my tv

    Under Video you should always use 4:3 and under the Advanced tab use 1:1 vga with the full screen(keep aspect ratio).
