I would have a quality question: using x264VFW is better (for the quality) CRF or CQP, and one pass or two pass?

CRF delivers better visual quality at the same file size because it takes into account what your eyes can see rather than simple quantization. One pass CRF/CQP delivers the same quality as 2-pass VBR when the bitrates match.
