I have an AIT all in wonder pro (p3/733/1Gb/60Gb etc) upon trying to capure from sony hi8 camcorder it loses frames. Please could anybody shed any light on this. It also loses frames when trying to capture from tv.![]()

you didn't mention how you were capturing. If your using the ATI Multimedia center, toss it. Capturing directly to mpeg-2 doesn't work worth a hoot. I suggest that if you cature with this software, use uncompressed avi. The best solution in my opinion is to capture with virtualdub to mjpeg codec (or uncompressed, whichever). Also make sure your hd is defragged.
