i dont own this player but a friend does. i wasnt able to find any comments about DVD-R/-+RW compatibility. so if anyone out there could test that and leave a comment in here, would be really helpful. my dvd-r didnt work, but maybe i'm doing something wrong or use wrong media. (pioneer a03, pioneer 1.1 media, nero burning rom 5.5.x, dvd maestro authoring program).

so if some more ppl could test that, we could fix if the player got the ability or not.
