Hi, I have been Ripping DVDs for a few months now but have 1 small and annoying problem. In movies, especially in dark scenes whenever the camera stops moving and the scene has little action, any still part pulsates. It's like it goes out of focus slightly and then back in and pulsates like this about twice every second. I use tmpgenc v2.52.

I have tried turning on and off the "No Motion Search for Still Picture part by half pixel", but nothing changes(All other settings are at their highest like "Motion Search Precision" is at 'Highest Quality'). I am encoding to VCD, SVCDs higher bitrate rids this problem but I have seen other VCDs without this problem, and prefer the normal Standard VCDs 2 discs.

Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
