  1. I have a 1.7 gig processor, 2 X 40 hard drives , 2 different types of PCI capture devices, one a Videologics the other has the same chipset.
I have tried Nanodvr this works fine but I have found that after recording for approx 20 mins the picture has a pulsating blocky effect that gradually increases.
I have tried Virtua Dub captures a great image without compression but uses a lot of space (which is not a prob) but comes up with an error after approx 15 mins "Cannot capture source file invalid C:AVI" Tried it in several directories and still the same.
Also if I use any form of compresion with Virtua dub it drops frames and makes it unwatchable when set to 25fps.
    Any Help??

  2. Are you hitting the 4 gig file size limit when vdub gives you the error, if so when capturing select capture to segmented AVI

  6. I have never used NANODVR. What compression codec are you using if you use huffyuf it is lossless and should'nt icrease frame drops, but something like divX is quite cpu intensive and can result in frame drops.

  8. Did you download a zip file ?
Have you extracted the contents ?
Where did you extract the contents to ?
That is where the codec should be.
