hi, can someone please tell me what software can download/save the videos

I have tested idm (internet download manager) but I get a message saying that it cant download them because of protection

I have Google searched for stream downloading software but there's so many I don't know which can save wwe network videos

PS I need to use a DNS service as I am in the UK and my os is windows 7
