I would need to start streaming a content whose video stream has been coded using H.263 Profile 3 Level 10 (video) and MPEG-4 AAC (audio) (10Kbps).

I am trying to figure out how to get the profile and level by using VLC (I do not mind to use any other software).

According to the ITU-T H.263 (Annex X) document, level 10 means that I have to use the following parameters for video:

QCIF or sub-QCIF resolution
Bit rate up to 64 kbps
15.000 / (1001) fps

But I have no idea how to obtain profile 3. Could anyone help me?
