I have been playing around with this somewhat, and I would like to learn more about it.

Hopefully roma can help again, or somebody else here will be knowledgeable about this.

Specifically, what are the capabilities and limitations of "inspect element"?

That is, can it be used to download any type of web video?

Can it be used on youtube?
