hey all. i have a DiVX DVD rip that i want to convert to VCD. here is the info on the DiVX:

Video Codec : 3.11 DivX
Video Quality: 1200kbs SBC
Resolution : 640 x 352
Aspect Ratio : 1.85:1
Audio Codec : mp3
Audio Bitrate: 192 VBR

my DVD player can't play SVCD but what would you people recommened i use for VCD settings to ensure the highest quality possible.

any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
