I understand that Stop Motion normally created by lots of picture and join them together to create video file. Just wondering if I can create Stop Motion from video clip in PE 11 ?
For example, I tape 2 minutes video of student walking out school. How can I turn into a 20-second Stop Motion ?
Previously, I selected fast frames timing in editing. What's the difference between Stop Motion and fast motion ?
